I have been an agent for over 15 years and a broker for over 6 years. I started 7Aloha to give agents a place to get away from the big brokerages and their big fees. When you leave the big brokerage, you have more freedom to serve your clients the best way each of their unique situations may call for.
Several years ago, a very dear friend of mine was going through a difficult time. She was selling her home in order to start over financially and be able to care for her family. I wanted to help them walk away with as much equity as they could. I was with a big brokerage at the time and my broker insisted I charge her more. I hated how focused they were on their royalty and splits rather than serving the client. 7Aloha is a direct product of that experience at the big brokerage.
I am Hawaiian/Texan and the aloha spirit/southern hospitality runs deep! I am always available to help agents walk through any questions during a transaction and help each of them find success in their real estate careers. Outside of real estate, I spend lots of time with my family (husband and 5 children) on our farm, at the lake or playing sports!
